Your Homeowners Insurance

Hurricane season officially starts on June 1st and ends on November 30th. That means we’ve made it through one month untouched! Unfortunately, we still have five months to go. I know a lot of you were ecstatic to get out of school when you did but we believe education is vital. We would hate to know that you weren’t informed of the fact that your homeowners insurance does not cover flood and it is now more important than ever that you know this. To see the flood risk in your area click here.

As mentioned earlier we have a dangerous couple of months ahead of us and no part of Florida is truly safe. Hurricanes aside we all know how sporadic the weather can be. Summer showers are by no means a new concept to us and unfortunately even these seemingly harmless showers produce a threat. A number of you are located in a Tropical Storm zone which means that these fun and friendly rainy days can be quite dangerous. An inch of water in your home could cost you up to $8,000 in damages!

But this is why we are here. To give you peace of mind so that you and your family won’t have to worry one bit about what may happen in the future. And in turn you can safely and proactively work towards the future you envision. You’re in good hands.
